Hi, I’m Leo

I love where I live in Brisbane, getting out in nature and I’m a massive foodie. You can often find me happily tucking into a sandcrab lasagne at New Farm Deli.

When I’m not getting my caveman fix barefoot hiking in Springbrook National Park I’m a PT for people like you, teaching them how to work with their bodies to enable them to live life more fully. What does a postural alignment mean?

Postural alignment is how your body is aligned (or not) when you are at rest. To understand your postural alignment we take a series of measurements from your hips, head and back which allows us to analyse your posture and identify a training programme to help you maximise your strengths and improve your potential weaknesses.

Where do you run your personal training sessions from?

I am a personal trainer based in Albion in Brisbane. I also serve Hamilton, Ascot, New Farm, Newstead, Hamilton, Fortitude Valley & Teneriffe. I run the majority of my PT sessions out of Prestige Fit in Bowen Hills. If you'd like me to travel to you please get in touch.

Are you insured?

Yes, I have Public Professional Indemnity insurance.

What times can we have our personal training sessions?

I am available to train clients mornings, lunchtimes and afternoons. Clients book slots in advance for the month which means your times are protected and you can plan around it (as can I!) Want to train in the evening? Get in touch.

How do I book my personal training sessions with you?

Simply just hit the "book a free session button" below to receive a free assestment session. From there you select your programme and I get you all booked in so you know what to expect from your training in the coming months.

Do I need to train in addition to your PT sessions?

It’s great if you do! The optimal amount of training is 30-45 minutes a day 5 or 6 days a week. If you select one of my programmes you will receive a tailor made personalised plan to keep you on track outside of our sessions together so you never have to worry or think about what training is needed!
